Question Title Tascam Digital Dubber Volume-Disk Errors
Error Type: Volume-Disk
No New Vols Mounted: There were no identified volumes mounted.
Volume Initialized: The volume requested to be initialized has been successfully initialized.
Erase Succeeded: The requested Backup Erase has succeeded
Volume Formatted: The requested Low level Format has succeeded.
Cleanup complete: The requested Disk Cleanup has successfully completed.
No Files Deleted: The requested Disk Cleanup did not delete any files.
Already Unmounted: The request to unmount was denied since the machine is in an
unmounted state already. You must first mount before requesting an unmount.
Already Mounted: The request to mount was denied since the machine is in a mounted state
already. You must first unmount before requesting a mount.
Unmount before initializing: You must unmount before initializing drives.
Unmount before formatting: You must unmount before low-level formatting drives.
Unmount before Erasing: You must unmount before performing a backup erase.
Mount before Cleanup: You must be mounted before performing a cleanup operation.
Media corrupt on device NN: The device at SCSI ID NN was found to be NOT low-level
formatted; or corrupt at the drive level.
Cannot Format Volume (still mounted): You cannot format a volume unless the machine is
in an unmounted state. Unmount volumes, and then perform the volume initialize.
Cannot Format Volume (device not ready): A request to format a volume was denied
because the device was not in the ready state.
Cannot Format Volume (device not present): A request to format a volume was denied
because the device was not present at the requested SCSI Id.
Cannot Format Volume (no media): A request to format a volume was denied because the
device contained no media.
MACFS format failure: an attempt to format HFS format a drive has failed. Check SCSI
cables.
Backup Erase failure: An attempt to backup format a DVD or tape has failed. Check SCSI
cables.
